First of all, I just want to apologize for not posting anything for the last few months. This semester has been extremely busy and stressful, and I just haven’t had time to do much of anything besides school work. So I’m very sorry, and thank you for still following! I’m going to try to get things going again next week after the semester ends and my break starts.
Second, update on progress…I hit my goal weight!! I’m down to 115 pounds from 145, and I now wear a size 1 in jeans. :D I switched to a vegetarian diet over the summer, which helped a lot with the weight loss. I would definitely recommend it, as long as you eat healthy food(lots of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, beans, nuts, etc.) and not just any kind of unhealthy food that doesn’t have meat in it. If you want any advice or have any questions about a vegetarian diet(what to eat, getting the right nutrition, etc.), message me!
